Provision and technical maintenance of the AWS Services for the operation of the ZeroWork Software. The following GCU has been agreed as part of the Service Agreement with AWS Inc:

The following services (applications) are used by the subcontracted data processor Amazon Webservices (AWS): RDS, elastic beanstalk, lambda, ec2.

The services are executed on server locations in Germany (Frankfurt).

Mixpanel

This is a web analytics service provided by Mixpanel, Inc., 1 Front St, Floor 28, San Francisco, CA 94111, United States (hereinafter: Mixpanel).

Mixpanel guarantees that it will follow GDPR by transferring data under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks: https://mixpanel.com/legal/gdpr-resources/

Mixpanel is used to analyze how our marketplace is used. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our site.

Usage and user-related information, such as place, time, or frequency of your visits to our website will be transmitted to a Mixpanel server and stored there.

The data collected in this way is in turn used by Mixpanel to provide us with an evaluation of product usage and what visitors do once they use our marketplace.
